A 60-minute session with our team, in Brazil and in Portugal, and a written summary of the structure recommended for your case. It starts with a profile review application, answered within 1 business day.
How it works
Five steps, from the form to the written summary. The reservation comes before the review; the session takes place only after the profile is accepted.

Request
You fill in the form at the end of this page with the essentials about the business, the family and the timing of the move. It takes about five minutes.

Reservation
You then place the reservation in a secure environment. The reservation secures the review and the slot in our team’s calendar.

Review
Within 1 business day, our team reviews your profile and replies by e-mail. If the profile does not fit our practice, we refund the reservation in full.

Meeting
Once the profile is accepted, you receive the link to choose a time. It is a 60-minute video session with our team, dedicated to your project.

Written summary
Within 5 business days after the meeting, you receive the summary with the recommended structure: type of company, applicable visa, steps and documents required.
Who it is for
- For those with a business project in Portugal: moving an operation, opening a company, providing services with their own structure or investing in a productive activity.
- For those who intend to start the move or the investment within the next 12 months.
- For those willing to structure both sides of the move, in Portugal and in their home country, and not just one of them.
Immigration-only cases, with no business component, fall outside this session.
What you receive, and what is not included
The strategy session is a reading of your case and a recommendation of structure. It is not the execution of the work, which begins in the following stages.
What you receive
- A 60-minute video session with our team, with lawyers admitted in Portugal and in Brazil.
- A reading of your case in Portugal and in your home country: business, family and assets.
- A written summary with the recommended structure: type of company, applicable visa, steps and documents required.
- The order of the next steps and an estimate of timelines.
- The session fee granted as an unconditional discount on our fees, if you engage us for a following stage.
What is not included
- A formal legal opinion or signed memorandum.
- Drafts of contracts, articles of association or shareholders’ agreements.
- Filings, applications or registrations with public authorities, in Portugal or in your home country.
- Any guarantee of visa approval or of official processing times.
- Detailed tax planning, with figures.
- Cases with no business component, immigration only.
Everything not included can be engaged afterwards as a stage of its own, with the session fee deducted from our fees.
Reservation and refund
Simple rules, so that you know exactly what you are paying for and when the amount comes back.
- The reservation investment is US$ 200, placed before the review, by card, in Stripe’s secure environment. The receipt arrives by e-mail.
- If your profile fits our practice, the amount becomes the session fee. Nothing more is charged for the session or for the written summary.
- Otherwise, we refund the amount in full, to the same payment method, within 5 business days.
- The meeting can be rescheduled at no cost with 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel before the meeting, the refund is in full. Once the meeting has taken place, there is no refund.
- If a following stage is engaged, the session fee is granted as an unconditional discount on our fees.

With these answers, the meeting is more productive and the summary comes out better. After submitting, you proceed to the payment of the reservation and receive our reply within 1 business day.

Because the reservation secures the review and the slot in our team’s calendar. When a profile does not fit our practice, we refund the amount in full, with no fees deducted.
What happens to the amount if I engage the firm afterwards?
It is granted as an unconditional discount on the fees of the following stage, whichever it is.
Do I need to have a company in my home country?
No. We work with entrepreneurs, professionals and individual investors. What matters is that there is a business project in Portugal.
Can the meeting be held in English or Spanish?
Yes. Our team works in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Can the meeting be in person?
The session is held by video, so that the whole team can attend at the same time. In-person meetings, in São Paulo or in Porto, can be arranged in the following stages.
